FND can bring about some really dark days. I hate those days.

So, I like to drive them off with a few good tunes.

Here is my "FND Sucks S#$% playlist" to cheer me up!

I hope you take a listen...

Respect: Aretha Franklin

Signed, Sealed, Delivered: Stevie Wonder

Ain't no mountain high enough: Marvin Gaye

Many Miles to go: Mia, Myself and I

And for those of a "literary" mindset, here is a poem that always inspires me to look ahead.

Something Told the Wild Geese

by Rachel Field

Something told the wild geese
It was time to go.
Though the fields lay golden
Something whispered,—‘Snow.’
Leaves were green and stirring,
Berries, luster-glossed,
But beneath warm feathers
Something cautioned,—‘Frost.’
All the sagging orchards
Steamed with amber spice,
But each wild breast stiffened
At remembered ice.
Something told the wild geese
It was time to fly,—
Summer sun was on their wings,
Winter in their cry.

If FND was an airline.....this is what the stewardess would say;

"Thank you for flying with FND airlines! We will begin our in-flight snack and beverage service shortly.

We have coffee, tea, and a variety of juice's. Unfortunately some of you may not be able to enjoy the beverages due to uncontrollable tremors.

No matter, we also have snacks for your enjoyment. Please note for your safety; if suddenly your body forgets how to swallow the food, feel free to use the vomit bag found in back of the seat in front of you.

You will notice that your seats recline slightly,  don't be fooled into thinking that it will bring some relief for those muscle spasms. It won't.

During our flight you may also experience nausea, brain fog, seizures, pain, difficulty moving your limbs, weakness, pins and needles, and of course our favorite symptom; the sensation of bugs crawling under your skin!

This wonderful flight of misery may last several hours, or several days.

Again, thank you for flying FND Airlines! Where the only thing we guarantee is your misery and the unpredictability of your symptoms!

Have a great flight!
